Soulful Soundbaths for Baton of Hope 2025: A Space to Heal Through Music

As the Baton of Hope makes its powerful journey across the UK, I’m honoured to bring Soulful Soundbaths to Victoria Park, Portsmouth, in support of those affected by suicide. I’ll be offering a soothing live harp performance alongside two gentle soundbath sessions - spaces for reflection, connection, and calm.

Soulful Soundbaths blends classical and ancient harp tones in immersive, meditative sound experiences. These sessions are designed to offer space for grief, for grounding, for gentle restoration.

If you’ve been affected by suicide, directly or indirectly, or if you're simply looking for a peaceful moment in nature, I invite you to join me in Victoria Park as the Baton of Hope arrives in Portsmouth. Let the sounds wash over you. Let them hold you.

Because sometimes, when words aren’t enough, music can speak where silence hurts.
