Join Soulful Soundbaths & Louise (Exercise with Louise) for RESET, a restorative afternoon and evening experience designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself.

The intention behind RESET is to support nervous system regulation and holistic wellbeing by creating space to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance through movement, breath, sound and stillness.

The retreat begins with grounding movement, breathwork and sensory activation using essential oils, alongside techniques to support lymphatic drainage, vagus nerve stimulation, fascial release and nervous system regulation. Guests will then enjoy a nourishing grazing board with herbal teas and soft drinks before settling into a period of reflection and relaxation.

As the evening approaches, the experience culminates in Crépuscule (Twilight), a deeply immersive lying-down classical concert where music and mindfulness meet. Following a guided meditation, guests will be transported through the evocative sounds of harp and Tibetan singing bowls, alongside music by William Alwyn, Ludovico Einaudi and Ólafur Arnalds.
